Terms of service

These terms cover your use of aeogeo.site, its scanner, API and MCP server, and any subscription you buy. By using the site or an API key you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

aeogeo.site is operated by IE Pavel Zgordan (identification number 105729971), a sole proprietor registered in Batumi, Georgia ("we", "us"). When you use aeogeo.site you are contracting with IE Pavel Zgordan.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms. The Audit is not ordered through this process: it is agreed in a written quote and invoiced directly by IE Pavel Zgordan (see below).

What we provide

• Free: public-page scans with L0–L3 checks and a fix for each failed check, within published rate limits. No account needed.
• Pro ($29 a month or $290 a year): an API key for the scanner, API and MCP server with L4–L5 rulebook guidance, sources and draft checks, within the limits shown on pricing.
• Team (from $99 a month): shared keys and CI use, on terms agreed in writing before purchase.
• Audit (from $490, one-time): a written fix plan for your site, scoped in a quote before any payment.

Checks are deterministic and the rulebook reports the evidence behind each rule. A passing grade is not a promise that any AI system will cite, rank or mention your pages.

Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; your key keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and shows the total before you pay.
• We will email at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
• If a renewal payment fails or is refunded, the key is suspended until the subscription is paid again.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use aeogeo.site or an API key to:

• break any law, or scan or lint content you have no right to process;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, including copying or republishing the rulebook in bulk;
• interfere with the service's security: malware, probing or vulnerability scanning without permission, or circumventing rate limits;
• scrape the site or API to rebuild the rulebook, or share, resell or publish your API key.

Your content

Pages you scan and drafts you lint are processed to produce findings and are not stored. You keep all rights to your content. The privacy policy explains what account data we keep.

Our intellectual property

We own the service, the rulebook, the check engine and the site content, and keep all rights to them. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them through your key while the subscription is active. Findings and fix plans delivered to you are yours to use for your own sites and your clients' sites.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rules change as the evidence changes; each change is listed in the changelog.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account or key for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost traffic, revenue or citations, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, without affecting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to subscribers at least 30 days before they apply.
